Your team will leave with:

We recommend having 5-15 team members involved. The ideal group includes decision-makers, business analysts, and technical leads who will play a key role in exploring and implementing AI solutions.

Our workshops are fully flexible: we can host them in-person at your office or at an offsite location, or we can deliver them virtually via secure online platforms. If an in-person session requires travel, we’re happy to accommodate for an additional travel fee.

There are two potential additional costs to consider:

- Travel Costs: If the session is hosted in-person outside of our local area, travel and accommodation costs will apply.

- Computing Costs: If your organization doesn’t have the necessary infrastructure to test AI/ML proof-of-concepts, there may be costs associated with cloud computing resources. We’ll guide you on any budget considerations upfront.

Yes, we’ll provide a brief questionnaire to help us better understand your business challenges, data landscape, and strategic priorities. No technical prework is required from your team, as we’ll cover all relevant training and guidance during the sessions.

We can typically schedule workshops within 2-4 weeks, depending on availability and the complexity of your specific needs.

Deliverables include:

- A detailed proof-of-concept proposal outlining technical feasibility, estimated costs, and projected ROI.

- A tailored implementation roadmap.

After the proof-of-concept, we can assist with full-scale implementation or hand off the roadmap to your internal team or preferred vendors. You are not required to choose BridgeView for the implementation phase, though we’d be happy to support you further.
