TITLE: Senior Endpoint Administrator
LOCATION: Remote

OVERVIEW
The Senior Endpoint Administrator is a lead role responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing policies for all endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and handheld devices. This role oversees application packaging, security remediation, and device lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with business policies. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the hybrid Microsoft stack, including O365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Purview Defender, and other related technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and take full accountability for all endpoint systems
- Identify and implement new and existing technologies to improve IT efficiency in endpoint management
- Provide leadership in endpoint security remediation, ensuring compliance with business policies
- Develop and manage processes for the entire endpoint device lifecycle
- Evaluate technology roadmaps, strategies, and industry trends for endpoint hardware and software, identifying areas for process improvement
- Serve as an escalation point and technical lead for all endpoint systems
- Manage and support Office 365 applications, including Exchange, Teams, Autopilot, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID, Power BI, Power Automate, and Security and Compliance
- Develop and optimize Intune/Autopilot to ensure seamless and consistent endpoint deployments
- Provide technical expertise in managing and supporting endpoint devices, including desktops, printers, Teams Rooms, and handheld scanners, to meet business needs
- Lead the design and implementation of monitoring, configuration management, and reporting solutions
- Manage relationships with leadership, team members, vendors, and contractors to deliver robust technical solutions while maintaining service level commitments and project timelines
- Monitor system performance, detect outages, and identify trends affecting Microsoft stack applications
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID, and D365 applications
- Document and share knowledge of solutions, processes, and business workflows to reduce dependency on single points of contact
- Explore, implement, and support innovative technologies that enhance efficiency and security
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of experience in endpoint administration, help desk support, and application troubleshooting
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including deployment and management
- Strong knowledge of operating system versions, configurations, and security best practices
- Experience managing and supporting Office 365 applications, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Entra ID
- Experience developing and executing PowerShell and batch scripts for automation and administration
- Proficiency in application packaging, deployment, and quality analysis
- Experience with security remediation for endpoint devices, including vulnerability management and compliance enforcement
- Familiarity with ITSM processes, monitoring tools, and endpoint configuration management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical procedures and end-user support
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent technical training and experience
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate is a plus
