TITLE: Junior Systems Administrator
LOCATION: San Mateo, CA

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Serve as first line support to internal employees globally by actively triaging tickets, collecting information regarding the ticket and attempting initial troubleshooting steps
- Assists in the installation, implementation, and upgrades of internal systems and software
- Maintain all IT end-user equipment, hardware, software, and supplies
- Troubleshoots, maintains, and monitors internal hardware, software, printers
- Provide support to remote workers and vendors
- Documenting resolution steps within IT tickets, and where applicable updating IT’s documentation: This includes supporting all hardware and software requests and problems raised
- Point of contact for all IT tickets submitted via Service desk, walk-up, and on-call requests/problems
- Builds new hire, upgrade and replacement machines utilizing IT Tools
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 4-6 years related experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years professional experience
- Experience supporting both PC and Mac hardware
- Proficient with Windows 10 and macOS operating systems
- Active Directory administration, including user accounts and group policies
- Basic knowledge of DHCP and DNS network management
- Experience with SCCM for application deployment and OS imaging
- Familiarity with Intune for mobile device management (MDM)
- JAMF experience for managing macOS devices in an enterprise environment
- Administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services
- Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing and VPNs
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices for managing IT services
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers for basic administration tasks
- Experience with mobile support for iOS and Android devices
- Skilled in building and troubleshooting desktop hardware
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
