TITLE: Full-Stack Developer
LOCATION: North Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid)

OVERVIEW
The Full-stack Developer will be part of a team working on the creation of a modern, web-based framework for an existing internal application. This is a dynamic and fast-paced project with a targeted production release by the end of the year, followed by iterative feature enhancements. This role involves working across the entire technology stack, from front-end development to integrating AWS services and APIs. Will collaborate with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and DevOps engineers to create a seamless and high-performance application experience. The Agile team operates with 2-week sprints using JIRA and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams. This is a greenfield project leveraging JavaScript, React/Node, and AWS, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of the application’s user interface.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components using React and Node.js
- Design, build, and optimize APIs to integrate front-end interfaces with back-end services
- Work with AWS services, particularly DynamoDB, to implement scalable, serverless solutions
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the user interface and APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to ensure alignment with project goals
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-10 years of experience in full-stack development with a specialization in JavaScript frameworks and AWS/DyanmoDB
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including DynamoDB, Lambda, and API Gateway
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in database design and management, especially with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like JIRA
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Experience working on greenfield projects is a plus
- Inquisitive, creative, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work swiftly and adapt to changing priorities
