  • Daily responsibilities will range from Helpdesk support to include troubleshooting (on premise and remote), hardware and software installation, end-user support, training tasks, inventory management and some A/V setup and troubleshooting.

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to local and remote offices via ticketing system – 25% of time

  • Hardware and software setup and installation – 20% of time

  • Perform basic PC repair and troubleshooting on both Windows and Mac computers – 15% of time

  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration – 5% of time

  • Inventory management of IT assets – 5% of time

  • Support Microsoft Office products  - 15% of time

  • Install PC workstation software, patches/fixes, and upgrades  -10% of time

  • A/V equipment setup and troubleshooting – 5% of time


  • 5+ years in a desktop/helpdesk support role with demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, technical problem solving, outstanding customer support

  • Well versed in Windows desktop environments, including Active Directory

  • Extensive experience with Windows Server Operating Systems 2008R2 to 2019

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Office 365/Outlook, Google Apps for Work

  • Solid knowledge and experience with helpdesk ticketing systems

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Active Directory

  • Experience with remote control support tools

  • Strong troubleshooting experience in LAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, printing, Java, and browser-related portals

  • Administrative skills for Windows, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy

  • Experience with AV equipment (projectors, screens, conference rooms, etc.)

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Desired Skills:

  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, and/or Microsoft certification

  • Experience in Hyper-V, VMware, or other virtualization technologies

  • Previous experience supporting mobile devices (Android/IOS)

  • Bachelor’s degree or, relevant technical training, or equivalent experience
