  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a systems engineer or business analyst (acting as an Agile product owner)
  • Preferably in a regulated environment on mission-critical applications, such as medical products or devices
  • Background in product development or engineering
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with both embedded and application software
  • Proven ability to take projects from conception to commercialization
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Effective listening, analytical and observational skills
  • Excellent interviewing and questioning techniques
  • Ability to understand, present and answer technical analysis and questions
  • Collaborative work-ethic and experience working with cross-functional groups


  • As a Sr. Business Analyst/Product Owner you will help foster the creation of new products across our four of our client's business segments:
  • In this role, you will act as the liaison between the commercial organization, development team and occasionally customers to collect and build technical requirements for new products and their associated software applications.
  • Collaborating with the cross-functional team on product concept and design
  • Building system and application requirements with the software team
  • Serving as a leader for the group, speaking up and encouraging discussion, or helping people with different view points come to a consensus
  • Taking a Agile software development approach to completing large, complex projects
