Types of Clients We Work With

  • We work with clients that seek personalized and customized service for complex roles in Information Technology. These companies tend to be leading technology and software companies that don't use large vendor management systems or have a long list of vendors to sort through.
  • We typically gain direct access to the hiring authority and spend the time needed upfront to fully understand the role beyond just the generic job description.
  • We typically have exclusive arrangements working on a role given our track record of success in fully understanding the role and marketplace and delivering results.

 

Our Success Rate:

  • In this business, results are all that matter and finding the right candidate for the right employer is what we build our reputation on.
  • Our clients want to get it right the first time and not spend a lot of time sifting through resumes.
  • Our candidates want to evaluate opportunities that are in-line with their career interests not wasting time interviewing or screening for jobs that are not the right fit.
  • Our success rate when presenting candidates to a role is typically 1 placement out of 4 submittals. We focus on quality not quantity and strive to represent the top 3-4 candidates for each role we work on.

 

Types of Arrangements We Support

  • Permanent salaried/Direct-hire positions
  • Hourly (W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099) Arrangements
  • We provide benefits (health, 401K, direct deposit) to our W2 Consultants with online time tracking and a 2-week pay cycle.
